Design Process
1 / Initial Design Meeting
First thing we will do is have an initial design meeting to review your inspiration images and plans together, and discuss any questions we may have for one another. Once we have this information, we will be able to start drafting the first set of plans. Before the plans start to be modeled, we ask that the $500 initial design fee is paid and the design agreement is signed.

4 / Additional Options
The following includes additional options to add to the final set of plans. (These items will be the same $75/hour price, but the quoted time estimation you may receive does not include these items.) Additional options are completed upon request.

Initial Design Fee
$500
An initial design fee is required to cover the cost of the all design consultation meetings and technology services.
Hourly Design Rate
$75 / hr
After the first design consultation meeting, every hour will be invoiced.
